Contact
One email address, on purpose.
hello@breedverified.com reaches us directly. There is no contact form on this page, and there will not be one: a form adds a step between you and a person reading your message, and we would rather you just wrote to us.
What we want to hear about
- A fact or health claim that is wrong or out of date. Every breed page is checked against the AKC's or CFA's own breed page plus at least one peer-reviewed study or veterinary health registry, but sources get updated. Tell us the breed, the claim, and where you saw the correct version.
- A photo that looks poorly cropped or shows the wrong breed. We check this ourselves, but a second pair of eyes catches things we miss.
- Feedback on the site itself. Confusing wording, a question a breed page does not answer, something you wish existed.
- A genuine editorial collaboration. If you are a veterinarian, breeder, or breed club with a correction, or you run a site with something specific and relevant to propose, write to us directly and say what it actually is.
What we do not respond to
This site gets a steady stream of outreach that has nothing to do with the items above. We do not reply to any of it, and we would rather say so plainly than let it pile up unanswered without explanation:
- Unsolicited guest posts. We do not run outside contributor content on this site.
- Paid link placement or link exchanges. Every link on this site is either editorial or a disclosed affiliate link, never a paid placement. See our affiliate disclosure for the current, honest state of that.
- Advertising or sponsorship pitches. This site does not sell ad space or sponsored placement of any kind.
- Generic outreach. A message clearly sent to hundreds of sites at once, with no sign anyone read this one, goes straight to the bottom of the list.
We read everything. We do not reply to everything.
Every message that reaches that inbox gets read by a person, not a filter. We do not have the capacity to reply to all of them, especially anything in the category above. If you sent a real correction or a specific piece of feedback and have not heard back, that is a capacity problem on our side, not a judgment on what you sent. Feel free to follow up.
This page has no form and collects nothing about you. See our privacy policy for what the rest of the site does.
